Bought three S2F accounts Monday, Wednesday night they locked my accounts after three Green Day’s saying I cannot get paid on these accounts I just opened. Need help. Not a reliable payout firm from what I’ve seen so far.

Update: They are even lying in their reply, do not trust this firm. I reached out to support multiple times with questions regarding my account, Nick, Bhadmus, Timothy, deflected and avoided answering my questions which resulted in my account being revoked. When I reached out again to amend this I was continuously lied to regarding the support I received. Timothy refused to allow me to speak to the manager until maybe 4 times of asking. When I finally got in contact with the manager, Maddie, she pasted the information I was originally seeking before they revoked and deleted my active and in profit trading account. I paid for my account to be reset a mere 7 days ago, put in 7 days of trading, they deleted the account and refused to make it right and asserted that the very very poor support I received was my own fault. I was asked to provide a solution (apparently it's the customers duty to come up with this?), to which I asked for a refund of the last payment I made, a measly $20 or so, this was rejected. The level of rudeness I received from some of the support agents is just the cherry on top. I am highly convinced the existing ratings of this platform is fake, paid for, or both. They even asked me to leave a review after providing me support that ultimately led to the scam of revoking my account. Unless you want to tread on egg shells I would not recommend using this platform in the slightest there are far far better platforms to use that provide much better support, STAY AWAY ! Update: "This was not a manual action taken by support, nor was it related to any specific support interaction.", I had specifically contacted the support to confirm whether I needed the subscription active, my questions were deflected and avoided, the cancellation was DIRECTLY RELATED TO A SPECIFIC SUPPORT CONVERSATION, the continuous lies regarding this situation is disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourselves. I reached out to your support the very same day I cancelled after mentioning that my account was active, my exact words were "I am curious whether I need this subscription active" to which your support had deflected and avoided my concerns, the very same day I cancelled the subscription given that I had reached out to confirm whether it was necessary, your claim of it not being related to a conversation with support is LIES and you know it. Use this platform if you want to be consistently gaslighted I guess. I have all the chat logs. Take responsibility for your absolutely abysmal support agents who will happily deflect and avoid questions, which appears to me to be designed that way so you make more money, of course you won't admit it. I've used around 7 different prop firms and this is BY FAR THE WORST and MOST UNTRUSTWORTHY, do not waste your time with this crap, use the main ones.

I want to warn all traders about a deliberate and deceptive tactic used by Funded Futures Family (FFF) to deny legitimate payouts and block funded accounts. ​Here is exactly how their scheme works: ​1. The "Glitched" Verification: When it was time to verify my identity for a payout, their Plaid/Rise system completely bugged out. I would select my country, enter my phone number and name, and the page would instantly reset to the beginning. It kept looping like this. Because of their own technical error, the system registered 3 "failed" attempts. It had nothing to do with incorrect information. ​2. The Trap (The Waiver): Instead of fixing their broken system or manually verifying my clear ID documents, FFF Support told me I was required to sign a "Verification Waiver & Liability Release" to continue participating. They force you into a corner: sign it, or you can't use the server. ​3. The Catch: Hidden in this waiver is a clause stating that if their partner (Rise) denies the payout for any reason, FFF is completely free of liability and will not pay you or issue refunds. ​4. The Scam Execution: The moment I signed their waiver and sent the clear front and back photos of my ID, they used the document I just signed as a legal shield. They immediately denied my payout and completely blocked my accounts. ​They intentionally use a broken verification loop to force profitable traders into signing away their right to a payout. They sent that waiver knowing exactly what they were going to do next. ​If FFF ever tells you that you failed Plaid verification and asks you to sign a waiver — your accounts and your hard-earned money are already gone. Do not trade with this company, they will find any loophole to avoid paying you. Alright, just so everyone knows, why won't you mention that I supposedly 'failed verification' simply because I didn't receive your text messages on my phone? Are you serious? They completely denied my payout because of a text message that never arrived?! And now they're trying to spin it as if I failed some serious compliance check, when in reality, the only reason I 'didn't pass' is that I never received a text message on my phone. And for them, that's reason enough to take your money and close your accounts. All your hard work down the drain over a message! This is an absolute scam! Or show everyone another reason if I'm lying! To make matters worse, they try to slip you a document to sign where you waive your right to any claims if they refuse your payout. They tell you, 'Sign this and we'll start resolving your issue,' and then they just deny the payout anyway. How is this not an absolute scam?! Traders, you know firsthand how hard it is to make money in trading and how easily it can be lost. Now imagine how devastating it is for me, a single mother of three, to spend around $3,000 on accounts, finally reach the payout stage, and then get denied simply because text messages don't deliver to my country.
