Every prop firm has its thing - customer service is FFF - and from a not-so-great start. Sam and Ash were professional, even though I am a direct person and require clear answers. The bar for CS in the prop firm space isn't high, but FFF has made a decent effort by clearing with some space to spare. Will other prop firms take note?
