I am writing this review to warn others about the technical and billing issues I encountered with FFF109415. Following an account liquidation, I attempted a reset as instructed. The reset failed, yet my credit card was charged twice for the transaction. Despite reaching out for a refund, I have received no response. It is unacceptable to charge a client twice for a service that was never delivered. Support keeps claiming "user error," but the reality is a system error. If your system worked as intended, the liquidated account would either unsubscribe automatically or reset according to your own logic. Blaming the client for a failure in your own code is unprofessional. I cannot recommend this firm until this is resolved and my money is refunded.

New to FFF from reco from Wealthcharts. Signed up to a discount special for a S2F 100k account. I signed up because I wanted to be able to trade 10 contracts and the ad description on the website said max 10 contracts. Been with Apex for years and the contract # you can trade from day one is the one shown on the account description ad. I went to the S2F account details and rules page before signing up. Nowhere does it say anything about scaling rules. At the bottom of the page there is a link to something called scaling GUIDELINES. No mention of rules so I did not pursue. The first time I tried to trade my 10 contract strategy I was blocked and this is when I started complaining to FFF support about the lack of transparency and requested a refund which was ultimately denied. They referred me to the scaling GUIDELINES where I found sever limitation on the # of contracts I could trade, 4 instead of 10, completely thwarting my planned strategy and that the limitations were NOT Guidelines by Rules. They referred me a section buried deep in their terms and conditions that you have to agree to, to do business with they, that all purchases are "As Is". Because of the hidden rules for scaling and "as is" conditions this appears to me to be a classic bait and switch trap. Far from the full transparency they claim to offer as the #one advantage for doing business with them. I told support all this but they didn't care and refused to make this right. I'm writing this as a WARNING to other traders so they don't get sucked into the same trap. They have done nothing to improve transparency on this issue. Also there may be other traps that I don't about. I won't do business with them again. But if you do in the famous words of Elmer Fudd, 'be vewy, vewy careful.

I am having onboarding issues with Rise and neither Rise nor funded futures family helped me with alternative payment method. I had purchased s2f accounts and all this got wasted because of the oonboarding issue even though i was ready for payout

I had money in my bank account ready for the monthly payment on the accounts I bought, but instead of taking the payment, Funded Futures Family shut down three of my accounts. I opened a support ticket straight away and was told the issue could be sorted within 24 hours, but I’m still waiting. All I keep getting back is the same generic response saying “thanks for your patience,” with no real update or solution. I even asked for a refund and that request has also been ignored. Really disappointing customer service and communication. When you’re trusting a company with your money and trading accounts, you expect much better support than this.

Watch out for this company and their promotions. They had a promotion going with a countdown and then they changed the discount to a lower discount without letting the countdown end. Customer service doesnt care and i quote "Thank you for reaching out to us and I sincerely apologize for the experience you’ve had.I understand you want to purchase your account with a discount. However, our firm has the right to announce or withdraw any ongoing promotion. The earlier promotion was a flash sale that was rolled out just for some time " Then they asked for a screenshot so if you try and wait until the final day just know they will probably pull the promotion and use a lesser one on the last day. Its completely underhanded by this company that they dont honor their promotional time frame on their website. I even had a email from them sent to me and they didnt honor that promotion. You might get a payout if youre a good trader but dont count on their promotions being honored from their website or emails from them. All in all its just a disappointing and frustrating experience with what should be a great company. *edited after reply The "flash sale" on the website had a countdown and you then changed the website sale to a new lower sale price without even let the countdown finish. Why even have a countdown when you just arbitrarily change it? Now i got an email on tuesday march 3 2026 stating the a sale was going on until sunday with a code but that code didnt work with the promotion stated in the email. The code just reverted it to the current changed promotion with is a lesser promotion. I did provide your customer service with a screenshot of the email and the date of the email but they said it didnt matter and werent going to honor that email. So clearly you are lying because i literally have the email and the screenshots of the conversation. So your company doesnt honor their word and is very underhanded with their promotions and the countdown that is displayed on the website but you just dont follow it. It doesnt make any sense to me that you would even have a countdown if you are just going to change it randomly.
