Purchase Add-ons

Daily Payout — daily payouts with no consistency rule and no day requirement on the funded account, but a lower payout cap. Extra cost: $29 / $39 / $59 / $69 (25K / 50K / 100K / 150K).

EOD Drawdown — drawdown calculated at the end of the day instead of in real time. Extra cost: $30 / $50 / $80 / $110.

My first time using this company

My first time using this company, I bought the Elite 150K. My account didn't show up on my dashboard, I had to contact customer service shout out to Leo for for being my customer service rep. He contacted the team and someone manually created my new acct. After I had blown the account for the first time, I bought a reset credit. I was unable to reset my account myself and had to contact Leo again, I waited a little while for a response, Leo was able to reset my account. Overall experience so far is a mixed. Customer service is fine. The platform not creating my acct automatically and having to contact CS was a little disappointing even though they did fix the problem manually, then not being able to reset my acct. immediately after I blown the acct and having to contact CS again for a manual reset was also disappointing. I give them 4 stars for now. I will update when I get funded and my first withdrawal request.

Outstanding Customer Support

The customer support from Ash has been consistently above average. My only reason for not give 5 stars has been the difficulty of the website connecting with my computer. Evidently, it does not like my VPN, which is something that I plan to keep using. I will just have to adjust when I need to contact the company. Thankfully, email support has been quite helpful. I will add to this reviedw after my first scheduled payout in 10 days. Let's hope that goes well. If so, I think I have found my trading home!

Updating Email on the Account

After FFF's upgrade, I could not login to the platform for 2 days and not much response was coming from support, but when I contacted Leo about changing my email on the account due to which I was not receiving system emails to reset password, Leo promptly worked through and let me know when it was updated. I was not much optimistic that they would heed my request but I thank Leo for getting it done.
