They renewed (reset) my 2 accounts but…

They renewed (reset) my 2 accounts but I never received any message or notified me. I didn't know these accounts have been renewed (reset) so I didn't login for 5 days. They locked out my accounts, they took money for nothing, free money for them. Most of prop firms I've been trading with they always send a 2 days reminding message. Stay away from this type of scam tactic.

Poor experience

Poor experience. Unclear payout rules and deceitful profit targets. For example, the 50K premier account profit target says $3,000, but they don’t clearly specify that’s only for the evaluation stage. You have to actually get to $4,250 before you can get a payout. Then for future payouts, they keep increasing the profit target each time to make it harder and harder to earn a payout. In addition, some of their other rules are unclear with no clear dashboard to monitor. They need to give earlier warnings about rule violations, rather than waiting for someone to work weeks and weeks to achieve a payout - only to get that payout denied. Not only that, but after a payout denial, they automatically reset the account all the way back to zero. Instead, they should issue an early warning and allow trading with previous gains until trade ratio balances out to no longer violate their rule. I DO NOT recommend Funded Futures Family.

do NOT confirm transition to Pro-accounts

I would like to draw your attention to a clever new method designed to prevent traders from succeeding. The timing of this is crucial. I strongly advise everyone against signing up for the so-called "Pro Account." March 16, 2026: Funded account received March 20, 2026: Withdrawal requested March 23, 2026: Withdrawal confirmed and deducted from account March 24, 2026, 3:12 AM: Account blown March 24, 2026, 3:53 PM: Email from FFF regarding the transition to a Pro Account March 26, 2026: Removal of the "Buy" button for a new account and an email demanding I have to purchase a new account, otherwise I cannot obtain a Pro Account. I then contacted support to explain that I cannot purchase a new evaluation because they have removed the button. Furthermore, I stated that under these circumstances I did not wish to continue with the Pro account. I received the response that I was only eligible for the Pro account with FFF and that I should purchase a new evaluation. However, I cannot purchase one because they have removed this option from my dashboard.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. Refused to work with me when I had an issue, so I left a negative review and then they reached back out to fix the issue if I changed the review. Says a lot about a company who was only willing to help after a negative review. They ended up making things right and I admit I forgot to change the review after dealing with 3 sick children all under 6. They proceeded to charge me for an account and ban me immediately after. I explained what happened and told them I would change the review right away. I ask them to kindly refund me or lift the ban as it was intentional. They just completely ignored me after that. Felt like I was dealing with a childish petty teen.
