Daniel Was helpful, the response time was very quick. I've only just started using FFF for the first time now so I can't give 5 stars just yet, but hope that may change in the future if i have a good long term experience with them. Thank you

I want to share my experience with Funded Futures Family in a fair and constructive way. First, the positive: I have received payouts as requested, and once communication was clarified, the payout process was completed under the standard rules. Support representatives were professional and responsive, and I appreciate that the firm does pay traders who meet the requirements. However, I believe there is an important policy area that deserves greater clarity and reconsideration — specifically around the transition to the Professional and Live stages. Based on direct conversations with support, here are key points traders should clearly understand before accepting a PRO or Live transition: PRO/Live invitations are triggered by individual account eligibility, not a trader’s full account history When transitioning to Live, only one account moves forward, while all other funded and evaluation accounts become permanently locked The Live account “cushion” is based only on the payout amount used for the transition, not total historical profits or remaining funded balances If a Live account fails, all previously locked accounts remain inaccessible, followed by a mandatory cooldown period before starting over While these rules may exist to control risk, they create significant concentration and psychological pressure — especially during highly volatile market conditions. Suggested improvement: I believe traders would be better supported if: A minimum buffer requirement (for example, $10,000 in withdrawable profits) required before offering PRO/Live transitions More than one funded account could transition together, rather than forcing all risk into a single Live account Previously earned, funded, or evaluation accounts were paused or credited instead of permanently locked during the transition Cooldown periods focused on learning and recovery, rather than full loss of earned progress Overall, Funded Futures Family does pay and has responsive support, but traders should fully understand the structural implications of PRO and Live stages before accepting them. With clearer progression requirements and better protection of earned progress, the program could better support long-term trader success.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. If you show your skills, you make bank. Shout out to Jazz for assisting with my small payment issue. Made light work of my problem and we were up and running in minutes.
