The biggest issue is the lack of transparency in the payout process. My $2,000 payout was denied with a vague “policy violation” and no supporting evidence. No rule, no proof, no warning — only unclear statements. The KYC process was inconsistent, and after I asked for clarification, my account was deleted without any proper resolution. This raises serious concerns about fairness and how payouts are handled.

There is a problem with the platform during registration. The support service does not solve the problem.

Watch out for their payout denial and accuse you use for using VPN. When you respond back to their email regarding payout denial, they will go radio silent. There are many people on their discord expressed the same reason for payout denial and some of them got their posting privileges taking away for speaking out payout denial due to false VPN use accusation. When you reach out to the on discord because they don’t respond to your ticket or email, they will ridicule you and say they don’t work for you and they will respond whenever they want. Yes, I am talking about their employee, screen name:“Eleven Twice”. Overall bad experience. Avoid as much as possible. Update as of 4/29/2026. They suspended my account after the payout request (with email saying that they denied the payout) and continue to not respond because I made the review. Evidence of all communication through your own ticket system is available to show everything you said was false and inconsistent.

Tried to buy an account through PropFirmMatch where FFF had a clear promo price listed. Clicked "Buy" and got redirected to their site where the price jumped to $179 per account — completely different from what was advertised. Applied the coupon code and it still wouldn't bring it down to the $59 I saw on PropFirmMatch. Opened a support chat — got an AI agent first, then a real rep (Daniel). Instead of acknowledging the pricing mismatch, he basically told me "that's not our website, could be an error" and redirected me to buy through their own site with a different coupon (MATCH). So let me get this straight: • You list one price on a comparison platform • Charge a completely different price on your actual checkout • Blame the third party when customers call it out • And your support tells me the complaint is "not accurate or fair"? That's not a technical error — that's a bait-and-switch. If the PropFirmMatch listing was wrong, honor it or fix it. Don't gaslight customers who notice. Really disappointing experience. Won't be buying from FFF.
