Had some trouble with an account after I passed my Eval. Timothy helped me fix it within the day. Hoping to continue this relationship with FFF and thankful to have a team to help me.

The firm is not a scam but the people running this company are total amateurs. There are many more professional firms out there who treat customers with respect, and explain things clearly. You'll probably get paid if you make it through their ridiculous rules and amount of trading days required, but don't dare ask them to clarify something they failed to explain clearly! Edit: In light of the professional nature of the response to my review, and some time spent reviewing the new updates this firm has recently rolled out, I have increased my rating to 4 stars and removed some of the language describing competitors as much better options. FFF is making some impressive moves in all honesty. I hope the positive momentum continues!
