My experience with Funded Futures Family has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. My account (FFF891873)was suddenly blown without any valid or logical explanation. At the time, my balance was $151,442.80 and my daily loss limit was $149,605 — there is no clear reason how a breach could have occurred. This situation raises serious concerns about the reliability of their system and their so-called risk management rules like intraday trailing drawdown. It feels like accounts can be terminated at their discretion without transparency. There was no proper warning, no clear breakdown of what happened, and support has been slow and unresponsive. For a firm operating in trading, this level of lack of clarity is unacceptable. I strongly warn other traders to be very cautious before trusting Funded Futures Family. Until they improve transparency and accountability, this platform cannot be considered trustworthy.

I purchased a 25k account and they closed my account for “blowing” it when i still had $238 of drawdown left. When i reached out to support the rep sent me a screenshot showing my max loss limit and the liquidation threshold and the liquidation threshold was $238 less than the max loss limit and when i called out the discrepancy he stopped replying to me. Don’t trust them.

Im having issue with my KYC, I text the support to help me complete KYC and everytime i text them I have to wait for 6hour to get a reply. It been 2 days my issue haven’t solve yet, they keep ignoring me. The customer service is so ass. This firm properly a scam firm, not recommended

Bought my first account, a few hours passed by got my credentials and don't work. I go into FFF and it shows no accounts. But on billing it shows that I bought an account. Talked to support, they asked for screenshots of my bank account, errors, asked for names, billing to verify. Still no account but my money was already gone. They keep saying "We’re escalating your inquiry to a higher admin. They will handle your case with priority and reach out to you on this same ticket. Your issue is in good hands." 24 hours later, no account. So FFF took my money, my info and I got no service. Dont use them
