I want to like FFF, but my recent experience has really soured my view of the company. I've been trading with FFF (albeit somewhat unsuccessfully) since they've been around, and it's been cool seeing them grow. During a recent payout situation, I thought I had a resolution when talking with Chi. He ensured that despite mistakes from both parties, a solution that we both agreed upon would take place. Upon asking for support again to achieve this solution, I talked with Daniel. He contradicted Chi immediately, told me that there would be no compromise for my situation and that I would be forced to start over. No matter what I said, he did not care. My screenshots of the previous conversation with support (detailing a solution) meant nothing to him. Again, I want to support FFF, but since I'm now stuck doing double the requirements for the first payout (and no guarantee that even that will go through even if I follow all policy), I don't feel as if I can continue supporting this company or tell others that they are trustworthy. The unwillingness to compromise and inefficient customer service should be turn-offs to other traders.

The company keeps changing their rules retroactively and it is unfair to the customers. I see more rule changes coming and prices. Probably a lot of customers are charging back their cards unfortunately.

Yea they had alot of promise but they've essentially went the route of all prop firms. They've changed their rules but hide it in their FAQs but make everything else look the same. All they needed to do was let everyone know there is a 50% consistency on evals. Yet they hide it and now I gotta make 6k just to pass. Their snake oil just like the other 2nd class firms. ☆Edit☆ Ive traded long enough to know that things will definitely go wrong but it's how you respond to those events that ultimately defines who you are as a trader so I guess i will just have to accept the fact that I did not Re-Read the FAQs upon coming back to FFF as I obviously should have. One suggestion I would give is in a case where a person makes more than 50% in one day, the overall profit needed should not exceed half of what is needed. Case in point... i made 3k yesterday which is the eval profit target, now i have to make an additional 100% when I only went over 50% so instead of having to make 6k they should cap it at 4500. Anyways my fault so I'll change them to 3 stars bc even though I did not read the FAQs they could have had the 50% consistency displayed on the dashboard.

The guys at FFF are trying to reshape the Prop Firm scene and I appreciate that. Unfortunately their dashboard/user page needs work and currently lies to you and is not very user friendly. For example, they boast about their drawdown begin based on the end of day balance and there is a metric on the dashboard showing you what the liquidate amount is after each day. However, come to find out it is incorrect. If you have a few green days and then have a red day it will show you that your liquidate balance is $2000 from your previous end of day balance when actually your liquidate balance is calculated from your highest end of day balance. So if you are to get on your dashboard the morning after a red day and check what your liquidate balance for the day is based on what the dashboard is telling you, you will be very upset when your account liquidates far from the amount it shows because it is going to liquidate from your peak balance. Unfortunately customer support won't do anything about it and blames you for trusting their dashboard stating its not real time data, but it's not real time data that's lying it's the end of day data. Really? That's not cool and I expect more from Team Bull.
