After losing my evaluation and cancelling subscription, FFF still kept charging my debit card for no reason. Chat was no help in solving this matter. So I had to end up calling my bank, cancelling my debit card, disputing the charges... huge waste of time and effort for nothing. Honestly didnt expect my experience with this company to end like this.

I had mixed experiences with Funded Futures Family. On one hand, I successfully reached their Professional/Live stage and was given a larger allocation, which I appreciated. However, the way one of my funded accounts was handled seriously damaged my trust in the company. I had a funded account (FFFUNDED896935) that met the required profit target and winning day requirements for payout eligibility. During the transition period into the Professional stage, the payout request option disappeared from the dashboard before I was able to submit the request. I documented the issue with screenshots, trading calendar P/L, and even a video showing exactly what happened. An important detail is that this account was originally gifted to me by accident by FFF themselves due to a backend issue they acknowledged on their end. However, shortly afterward, I was flagged as potentially violating TOS because the account was under someone else’s name — even though this was entirely caused by their own internal error. That situation alone created unnecessary stress and concern, especially because it nearly affected the payout review process for my 4 primary funded accounts as well. Even though the account originated from their own mistake, I still spent real time and effort trading it properly and successfully reached the payout requirements according to their rules. Despite that, the account was later removed/deleted entirely during the transition process as if it never existed. What makes this even more concerning is that the account’s removal effectively prevented me from submitting a payout request altogether. Other accounts tied to the transition remained visible and were included — many of which were primarily copy-traded alongside this account — yet this specific account disappeared from the interface despite meeting the same payout requirements. Initially, support responded by saying there was “nothing they could do” because the payout request was not submitted during the transition period. The problem is that I DID raise the issue during that same transition period and had prior communication proving it. After I respectfully pushed back and provided evidence, they suddenly changed course and said the case would be “escalated for deeper evaluation.” What became frustrating was the lack of communication afterward. Despite repeatedly saying the issue was being escalated and reviewed internally, I received almost no proactive updates. I constantly had to follow up myself just to find out whether anything was happening. Different support representatives became involved, tickets were kept “open,” and I was told someone would get back to me — but no actual resolution or meaningful update ever came. To me, that is one of the biggest issues here: One team initially says nothing can be done. Another says the case requires deeper review. Support acknowledges the evidence provided. But then communication stalls and the trader is left chasing updates. As traders, we invest significant time, discipline, and emotional energy into meeting payout requirements. When issues arise during account transitions, there should be a transparent process, timely communication, and accountability — especially when documented proof is provided. To be fair, the Professional/Live team did acknowledge my overall performance, and I was moved into a larger allocation. But payout handling and support communication are equally important parts of trust in a prop firm. My advice to other traders: Screenshot EVERYTHING. Save all emails and payout data. Submit payout requests immediately if eligible. Follow up constantly because updates may not come unless you ask. FFF does provide opportunities for profitable traders, but this experience left me questioning the consistency, transparency, and fairness of their payout and support process.

I was told my payout was denied because of micro trading. That my trades were 20 seconds or less. This is amazing. I stay under the 40% consistency and I trade the three days with a min of 3k in profit and I get denied??? I do not think this company is the real deal! Watch out and dont get scammed. Other Prop firms do not do this!
