Their FAQs do not match what they are currently enforcing. The 15k max account payout rule is now 10k and you are only allowed that max payout then either transition to live or purchase another eval account to make additional income. It has been stated that the new rule was posted on the discord site but how does that make any sense. Please update your FAQs and stop saying that the dashboard will be the best thing ever. This prop firm was, to what I believe to be legit, now they are only out to make money for themselves. Perfect example - discount codes are going away and in the next day, they post another and do this over and over again. What does that entice?...all the traders who do not have discipline are ripe for the pickings. The best yet was the discount code for only a specific amount for a specific time. Supply and demand 101.

Customer support is terrible they take hours before they reply Myfundedfuture replies in minutes but this is a joke they need to improve they take at least 2 hours to respond. Do better

Absolute scam. Friday 4/4 I had a live account with $58000 from 3-4 days of trading. I was planning on cashing out so I logged in on Sunday to see what was my balance and how long I had to wait until payout. And what do I see. Suddenly I have no open accounts. It is ridicules. absolute scam. Be ware of this company.

I raised an alert with my bank when FFF took multiple payments out my BANK they then offered me complimentary accounts i declined and requested my money that was taken from my bank account without buying accounts as I already had 3x 150k live accounts. Then they blocked me from my dashboard and blocked me from discord and no longer responding to my emails. I contacted my bank again and got a full refund. I have now also went ahead with the financial ombudsman to make them aware of this fraudulent company.

Had two funded accounts closed due to a glitch with the ninjatrader system not closing all my trades after showing that nothing was left open even sent a video of the glitch happening in real time and was told they can't do anything to help me I’ve watched so many people get resets for next to nothing this is my first time requesting help and I get shot down after spending so much money with FFF just sad spent so much money with this prop firm just to be treated like crap
