I recently tried out Funded Futures Family (FFF) using their account through Tradovate interface. I had been using just fine and then I received the delayed data message. I searched through settings in the help but didn't find an exact match so I reached out via the chat bubble on their homepage. I only had to wait for 3 minutes before Ash messaged asking how they could assist. I shared a screenshot of the delayed data. Within a minute, Ash had me log out and log back in. It was fixed. That was probably the fastest customer support via a chat bubble I have ever experienced. I had joined FFF due to the great feedback from a friend that has never had any payout issues. Funded Futures Family has been a solid choice thus far. I would recomment them.
