Where do I even start, I opened a support ticket and was able to get a response and actual help in less that 30 seconds! and surprising part about it, it was not Ai but an actual human being behind it by the name of Jazz. I was having logging in issues which were solved instantly and honestly had me questioning why other prop firms just can't be like this. I have just started my journey with Funded Futures Family so I am still in the discovery phase, I did my research and the firms rules were clear and straight forward not to mention that they are among the top 5 in monthly trading profit payouts. I am really excited for this prop firm, their wonderful support staff(jazz) and the future potential of myself with the firm. Hint: Whenever you are in a problem and send a support message then you happen to get Jazz (the support staff), don't stress about it, the problem is as god as already solved😂
