Funded Futures Family (FFF) is the absolute worst prop firm I have ever encountered. The firm was formed by two guys and, before you become associated with this company, it is utmost important to investigate who the owners are!!!!
Beyond the shady leadership, my personal experience with FFF was equally frustrating. I canceled my subscription well before the renewal date and removed my credit card from their system. Yet, on June 14, 2025, I was unexpectedly charged for a renewal.
Customer Support Nightmare:
I immediately contacted customer support to report the unauthorized charge. They informed me that:
No new account had been set up for my renewal;
The charge didn’t even appear in my account billing page.
The customer service agent, Ronit, was completely unhelpful. He told me that a refund was not possible, despite my cancellation in advance. When I asked why the new account wasn’t reflected in my profile, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes. After the hold, Ronit came back and claimed the account was “updated.” However, it was a mistake: Instead of reactivating my subscription, he simply updated the balance on my expired account, causing all my trades to be rejected.
Further Frustration:
I emailed Ronit again, explaining the situation, and he escalated the issue. I asked for a refund and for my account to be deleted. The next agent I spoke to was rude and defensive, refusing to issue a refund. Even after providing screenshots that showed that no new account was set up, and that trades were rejected; as well no charge appeared on my billing profile,
Additionally, I couldn’t even access my account on my laptop, only through my phone, which added to the frustration.
Bank Dispute:
After getting nowhere with FFF, I filed a dispute with my bank for fraud committed. I am confident they will resolve the issue, especially given the relationship I have with them and the volume of business I conduct. But the fact that I had to resort to this route to fix a simple issue is unacceptable.
Final Thoughts:
FFF must understand that unethical billing practices and terrible customer service cannot continue. They need to respect their customers, take responsibility for their actions, and fix their internal systems before they destroy their reputation for good.
DO NOT trust this company. They are unprofessional, deceptive, and disrespectful to their clients. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
