Great customer service. Just passed my first eval account and had multiple questions. Bhadmus helped me out a lot and was super patient and informative!

I had a problem where price action was not matching due to CME servers having issues Nove 23. Mes & ES werent matching. Tradingview and Tradovate didnt match. I ended up missing out on a good profit. I emailed them and Leo was the final person, who the issue was escalated to. He verified with tradovate and reviewed pictures i sent of my screens. In the end, although i had doubts, he resolved my issue and request to give me resets for both accounts. I doubted the request qould be honored since many props have bad reputations. I joined my journey in prop trading with FFF because they had good reviews and all aspexts of their business. Im happy Leo at FFF came through. Instead of using the opportunity to get over on a customer, they used the opportubity to build confidece in the customer base by showing they wouldnt use any opportunity to require the purchaee of a new challenge. This process took roughly a week to resolve. Thank you Leo and FFF.
