Funded Futures Family

My first payout experience was poor. I received the payout approval email but after a week of emailing back and forth with support they finally told me that they were waiting for my response to an email from the live team even though the email never said there was a response required in order to get a payout. In addition, an earlier email from the live team said that if I didn't respond they would just process my payout which they did not. My second issue was Funded Futures Family charging my credit card for orders pending and then canceled. It took more than a week and escalating all the way to the customer service manager just to get all the charges refunded. The final straw was Funded Futures Family rejecting my payout request due to "micro-scalping" and then resetting my account back to 0 on an account that already had one payout approved. Their policy was to "revert your account balance back to the last valid point." The last valid point should have been the balance after the last payout as my account never went back to the starting balance of 50k after the last payout.

This company is an absolute joke. They do NOT respect your time, your work, or your results. I had my payout denied because I didn’t open a single trade for one week. Yes, you read that right — one week. They hide behind a ridiculous “idle time rule” that is not shown anywhere on the dashboard, not displayed as an active requirement, not part of any visible warning system, and definitely not something a trader would ever expect. You either have to dig through their help-center like a detective or learn about this nonsense only after they deny your payout. What kind of serious prop firm punishes you for NOT trading? It’s the definition of a trap rule designed to steal time and deny payouts. After denying my payout, they even told me I have to trade 7 more days and make more profit just to apply again — with zero guarantee they won’t find another excuse to deny. This is pure manipulation and a complete disrespect to anyone putting real time and effort into trading their accounts. If you value your time, your mental energy, and your money, stay as far away from Funded Futures Family as possible. Their rules are predatory, their communication is misleading, and their payout process is built to fail traders. There are plenty of real, trustworthy prop firms out there. This one is NOT one of them. Avoid at all costs. edit 12/6/25: Update after their response: Your reply here only confirms everything I said above. First, claiming that I “breached rules” because of an idle-time requirement that does not appear anywhere inside the platform is exactly the issue. You keep saying it’s “publicly available,” but let’s be honest: the only way for a user to learn about it is to dig through your entire FAQ and help-center, page by page, hoping to stumble upon it. That is not transparency — that's simply expecting traders to act as detectives to avoid hidden penalties. A serious prop firm shows all active requirements clearly and directly inside the dashboard, with notifications or reminders. You do none of that. Second, the “multiple profiles” accusation is completely false. I registered and paid with email #1, but your system linked my Rise account to email #2 — an internal error on your side. Instead of fixing it or even informing me, you permanently deleted my account without sending any email notification. I learned about it only from your reply here, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. If you truly cared about transparency and respecting traders' time, you would: – Display all rules where traders actually operate (inside the dashboard) – Provide warnings before denying payouts – Fix account-linking errors instead of deleting accounts – Stop blaming users for system issues Your response avoids responsibility and shifts the blame, only reinforcing the concerns I raised in my original review. My advice stays the same: Do not risk your time with this company. There are far better and far more transparent prop firms out there.

These guys are utter and complete frauds. They reset an account of my mine for a monthly subscription. They charged me for the monthly subscription but never reset the account so I was not able to trade it for about a week. After asking them about it, they said they were not in the wrong. I was very upset and told them I would dispute the charge. They did not take any responsibility for their wrong doing. After that, the representative told me they were going to close my account as I said I was going to dispute my card. I said not a problem, please close all my accounts. 6 days later, they charge me for 3 more accounts on a monthly subscription. Worst part, I can't even login to my account because they suspended it, but they still want to charge me. They are complete and utter frauds. Would be very careful dealing with them

I passed two accounts and put in a lot of effort to complete the challenges with the mindset of finally getting paid, only to find out afterward that I’m not eligible because of their payment method. They only use Rise, and in my country Rise is not allowed — according to their own website. Before purchasing all the challenges I bought, I specifically asked if they could pay me through another method, and they told me yes, using a method called “Gusto.” In the end, they admitted they don’t actually use Gusto at all — Rise is the only option. I ended up losing my money for nothing.

Hello everyone please be careful with this company the are being very cheap and scammmy with certain customers. Some are being denied a payout saying it’s because we have multiple accounts under our name and this is a lie . So far 3 or more people got the same email saying this . We got denied a payout and or they are taking forever to resolve this issue. I have been told 24 hours 24 hours today in a few hours and nothing no email nothing. Others are being moved to a live account after a single payout kinda weird right .today I saw some saying that they did not even get the payout instead they are using that payout and moving you to live with that money. To me it seems this company is being hella cheap and doing there best to avoid paying people.some have been waiting since last week to receive a payout and nothing. They are also erasing messages and putting banor 24 hours bans whenever you bring this up on discord. They are basically scamming people and hiding behind there rules. I have evidence that this didn’t just happen today but has been ongoing for about six months .probably more as I talk about the subject more and more people are inboxing me saying the same is happening to them and or it happened to them .be very wary of this company I am not attempting to slander or make a company look bad this is all information i gathered and that was relayed over to me. I tried waiting and being patient but the more i discovered the more i realized this is an ongoing issue not just a recent one . please be careful and cautious with this prop firm company. They will I’m sure report this as wrong but there is just way to many payouts being denied and or they are being cheap by moving you to a live account after 1 payout. This isn’t just one person it happened too it’s several and I’m sure more are out there and they just didn’t say anything because they dont want to get banned . Ps I have to look these 5 children in there eyes and tell them we can’t afford to take them out for Halloween this year thanks to the fact that I put my trust in this company. I hope you are happy with yourselfs and proud that you saved your company 3000 dollars at the cost of someone else’s livelihood !!! Also after leaving this review they quickly rushed to cut ties with me all of a sudden they finally reviewed my account no actual evidence just there word vs mine false accusations on your behalf and you know it there is several others who still haven’t gotten paid I have the screenshots and emails as evidence several none have any recollection of having and or making other accounts this is a continuous cycle and on trust pilot there are several others who have experienced the same. You ban people for leaving bad reviews because you know it’s the truth
