Do not go with this prop firm...why? 1) Technical issues with their OTP verification system and delayed response to fix 2) Technical issues even getting logged into their website with, again, very delayed technical support 3) Most concerning, when above issues finally fixed (overall took about 1.5-2 weeks with no ability to trade during that time), they liquidated my account even though prior to the issues, I only took one trade with small loss that was well above the liquidation level for the type of account I had purchased. Folks, what we as consumers want in a prop firm is foremost trust that your capital (whether sim or real) is safe, little to no technical issues, and full accountability from the prop firm for issues that arise after an unforeseen technical issue. This is definitely NOT Funded Futures Family. Therefore, simply go with another prop firm, as there is plenty of them out there with similar or better discounts... you've been warned.

I want to share my experience with Funded Family Futures so other traders don’t fall into the same situation. The 50K Premium challenge used to have a $2,000 drawdown, and they recently lowered it to $1,500. I placed three trades: +$200 –$600 –$900 That’s a total of –$1,200, which is $300 above the max loss limit. Despite this, they liquidated my account, claiming that the two losing trades “added up to –$1,500,” completely ignoring the +$200 winning trade. If this is a new rule, they should communicate it clearly. And if it’s not a rule, then they are closing accounts without honoring the actual drawdown structure they advertise. With small or lesser-known prop firms like this, transparency is crucial. Based on my experience, the process felt unfair and misleading, and I think other traders deserve to be warned.

A simple error on your end led to an unfortunate situation, and instead of receiving support or a reasonable resolution, my account was permanently banned. I’ve been using this prop firm for nearly a year, and this is not the level of service I expected—especially given my long-standing relationship with the company. The transaction was disputed solely to prevent a fraudulent charge, as I did not receive the service I was billed for. I have provided screenshots and documentation to ensure full transparency. This was done for safety purposes, not misuse, and it is unreasonable to permanently ban my account without any consideration—particularly when the issue originated from your side. I have invested thousands of dollars with this firm over time, successfully passed the $150,000 account, and remained a loyal supporter since Danny first built the company. To be permanently banned under these circumstances is extremely disappointing and unjustified. This is not the standard of customer service I expected—especially with no resolution, no assistance, and no accountability. Citing company policy does not negate the fact that the service charged for was not provided. I hope this matter can be reviewed fairly and professionally, as the current handling reflects poorly on a firm I have supported for a long time.

“My payout was denied based on a fabricated claim of a purchased‑card address issue — an issue they never mentioned across many evaluation accounts I previously purchased — despite my consistent and verified trading performance and potential further payouts expected.” BTW they never told about security reason and they made KYC access purposely with wrong website link and never told about security or other issue in the response, which will never fail because other firm processing payout from USA through Rise works . After receive some payout and qualifying with steady profits, FFF abruptly closed my account and refused my payout. Two of my accounts were achieved payout $2500 each(total 20K above for each), and another two totaled $8,000 in profit. They cited reasons that were never raised during verification and have no factual basis. I continue to use Rise without any issues, and I have never experienced anything similar with any other firm. Rather than providing transparency or supporting their claims with actual evidence, they relied on vague “compliance issues” and contradictory explanations. Even though my payments were successfully verified through my bank and Rise, they still chose to terminate my account at the exact moment a payout was due. Many people from their Discord community have contacted me sharing similar experiences, each with different excuses used to deny payouts. I have clear evidence to show anyone who reaches out. This experience makes it clear that FFF can use fabricated or inconsistent justifications to avoid paying traders once they become profitable. It’s extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about trust, transparency, and fairness on their platform. It strongly appears that FFF uses excuses to avoid paying traders once they become profitable, creating a serious trust issue for anyone considering their services.
