It's unfair to give 1 star due to the 'free account' issue. I received my free account after purchasing a $100k account during the Christmas calendar event. Your free account wasn't given because you didn't buy an account? Speaking from my experience so far, I purchased a 1-step account during Christmas. So far, so good. Their website support is excellent, fast, and friendly. However, the Discord support is awful, with no one from the team answering questions. I will update this review if the account is got blow up or passed or got hard breach or got unfairly treated.

So, they denied the 5k account to me even though I am eligible. I signed up and done all steps right after they announced it. Days after they announced the additional banned countries list. Only problem is I have used my passport for the KYC which is on the banned list(because that is what’s readily available to me at the time). But my residency now is on the approved list, and the address on my profile is updated. And when they started distributing the accounts, I clarified my situation (you can check your logs when did I added my address). Flat out rejected me saying my identity is on the banned list, even though it’s a different situation for me and I just wanted a fair chance to give them the correct documents/IDs that they need. No more explanation from them, just silence. So, is E8: Credible? No. Here I am being naive thinking they would have an open mind about my circumstances and instead support just made me believe that the additional banned list was given right after the announcement, which is a flat out lie. Transparent? No. Actual statistics of the total, approved and rejected accounts are not given, nor even a hint about how many problematic accounts they have encountered before adding countries on the banned list. Prejudicial? Yes. Instead of actually tackling the problematic accounts individually, they instead just outright banned the whole country for their convenience. Sounds racist? Sure. Because for them, a fault of the few is the fault of all. For a company who prides on being the best and on top of the best rated, seems this project is like “We will just post this giveaways and worry about it later”. Lazy? Yes. Refer to the above. After the debacle they have decided to add resources because of the overwhelming work. Meaning all along this was not well thought of and instead of doing actual work of scrutinizing individual accounts, out of laziness they will just add countries and the banned list, lie their way to their customers and just move along as if nothing has happened. Greedy? Yes. So what are they going to do with all those collected data? They will say then that people are impatient and that it’s unfair to give them bad reviews because it’s free anyways. That’s false. The one thing more valuable than money that they took from you is your time and effort. Why else would they spend their marketing dollars advertising their products? Because they want your attention, your time, your effort and eventually your money to spend it to them. Let them face the consequences of their actions—karma, if you will.
