I have been trading with E8 Markets since 2022. I have spent over $68,000 on challenges and received $37,061 in payouts so far. I only used E8 as my prop firm because I trusted them and believed in the process. I recently passed my challenge on account 5018273. I made a 15% gain and I never risked more than 1% on any trade on this account. I followed every single rule. It was a clean pass. But instead of issuing my funded account, E8 went back and looked at a completely different account I had before. On that old account, during a news event, one trade went over the 1% drawdown temporarily. I accepted that, I moved on, I bought a new challenge and started fresh on 5018273. Now they are using that old account’s history to deny my funded account on the new one. I paid for that new challenge separately. I traded it clean. I passed it fair and square. How is it right to punish someone on a new account for something that happened on a different account that I already moved past? I have emailed them so many times with every document you can think of — trade records, chat history, dashboard screenshots, agreements, everything. I even did an interview with their Risk Team to verify my trading strategy. Every time the answer is the same: “decision is final.” No discussion, no consideration for loyalty, nothing. I have nearly 8,000 followers on Facebook and a WhatsApp community of 765 members. I have been sharing my E8 funding journey publicly and recommending this firm to so many traders. After this experience, I really cannot do that anymore. After reading other reviews on Trustpilot, I can see that I am not the only one. There is a clear pattern of traders reaching the funded stage and then getting denied on technicalities. It really makes you wonder if the business model is about collecting challenge fees rather than actually funding traders. I have all my documents ready and I will be taking legal action if this is not resolved. If you are thinking about joining E8, please think carefully before you spend your money. This is not how a legit company should treat its long-term clients.

I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. My account was suddenly terminated after KYC verification, with accusations that I did not complete the verification myself. This is completely incorrect. I personally completed the entire KYC process. At the time, my brother was present in the room, but he had no involvement whatsoever in the verification. Additionally, they claimed that my account was accessed from a device used by other traders. I am currently using a second-hand phone, and it is possible that the previous owner used this device for trading. However, this does not justify penalizing me without giving me a chance to clarify or re-verify my identity. What is even more concerning is that I have been permanently banned not only from using their services but also blocked from their Discord community and prevented from making any new purchases. This feels extremely harsh and one-sided, especially without giving me any fair opportunity to explain or resolve the issue. I followed all trading rules sincerely and maintained discipline on the account. Despite this, I was permanently banned without any proper reconsideration. This raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before investing time and money here, as genuine users may not get a fair chance to defend themselves.

Stay well from this prop firm. SCAMMERS I bought a 500k E8 One evaluation with the maximum drawdown which is 14% @ a cost of almost 3400usd. I passed my evaluation in 4 days. After 2 days of waiting for a live simulated account I contacted them asking what is going on. They informed me the risk assessment team had contact me via email which Ofcourse did not happen. Back and forth I asked them to resend the email. It states that one sided trading is now allowed(meaning if I make a buy order on a particular market I am not allowed to make another buy order for an hour. If I make 1% loss on a buy order I am allowed to put a sell order on the same market. I traded following their rules and made 28181 usd in 3 days also adhering to the 40% best day rule and also having my eligible withdrawal more than 50% of my allocated drawdown(drawdown was 46000usd so payout must be greater than 23000usd). The risk team said I had a breach an only agreed to pay me 20% of the 28181usd. As this was my first payout I agreed. They agreed to pay me 5636.20usd through rise. They now say riseworks is rejecting the payment. Riseworks say there is not an issue. The other payment method is Work Market. I set up a work market account and informed support. I am continuously being ignored as it’s time to pay me out. Stay Away from this prop firm. SCAMMERS
