I’ve been using BreakoutProp for a little over a year now and the products as well as their customer service are superb! I would recommend this propfirm over and over again. The new sleek terminal they have is great! I had an issue and it was promptly resolved. Like all new things, kinks and bug will be worked out. My story, my account had mistakenly been breached, but I was assured the team is working out that bug. And they reopened my account after they reviewed it. S/O to Thomas (customer service representative) for helping me resolve my issue! They really the best propfirm out there IMO. They really stick to their rules and no fluff. Pass the evaluation get paid that same day. Highly Highly recommend it yall🙌🙌

I passed the 25k account eval in a week. I love the UI that they have, the payouts are quicker than suggested for approval, and overall the rules are great but not overbearing. 10/10 with this prop firm! Very satisfied with my purchase!

Really disappointed with my recent experience at #Breakout, Emporium Mall Lahore (1st floor outlet). I bought a pack of two boxers and specifically asked the salesman for the right size. He recommended a small, and trusting his advice, I didn’t double-check the size on the package. When I got home, I tried one and realized it was too small. The very next day, I went back to the outlet to request an exchange for a medium. Even though I had only tried one piece, they refused to replace either of them. I even requested them to at least replace the unused one, but they still said no. It’s frustrating to see such poor customer service from a well-known brand. These small issues could easily be handled better, but this experience was really disappointing.
