But from the first step on - appearance and clearness of information, coolness in design and branding and fantastic in communication. It all went exactly as predicted: winning a challenge doing 10% profit with tight drawdowns but doable. Clear and easy understandable rule set and daily pay outs (this is unseen in this sector before). There are only a few things to improve for example taking different profits at one trade and not only one or providing more information what amount of money a stop loss or take profit will have at the end. These are steps to implement in the future. The best comes at the end: BreakOut Prop has an amazing hotline - I never experienced anything similar before. In seconds and minutes- doesn’t matter at what time - you get a very friendly and accurate response. I had a problem to solve which was not easy and it was escalated immediately to the head of customer service trying to help in a very professional, kind and nice matter. Funded accounts received within 2-3h after phase 2 passed and KYC / contract done. Payouts received within hours after request as well. Although they offer only crypto pairs for trading it’s more than enough since many alta are listed on their platform. Hopefully they stay as fast-processing girm as they been until now
