I am a Legacy trader and I'm extremely disappointed with Apex. I have two approved payouts since March 31st and April 8th (Accounts PA-APEX-489523-01 and 02). Days ago, the status of one account was changed to 'Paid' on the dashboard, but the funds never reached my Meru/Plane account and no proof of deposit was provided. To make matters worse, my support tickets are being completely ignored. While they promote 'instant payouts' for new programs on social media, they are ghosting long-time traders who hit their targets and followed all the rules. It’s been nearly a month of waiting for my hard-earned money. I need a human response and my funds immediately. Ticket #1473999

Apex has been great. It took me a while to really get down their specific rules. As the saying goes, it can be simple but not easy. Once I figure out how to work within their parameters, It's all starting to click. I've had approved payouts in the last 2 weeks for over 16K. Thanks Apex!

Customer Service Garbage . From some reason i got refund. and a day later they blocked me ,since then I'm still waiting on them to explain to me , how they issued refund ? and why I'm been blocked , Zero communication so far.. There is no one to speak with
