I am satisfied with the services, everything happens as it should. Perhaps there could be a bit more information provided via emails to the client when making a first payout, as there are some uncertainties regarding timing and waiting. Otherwise, everything went smoothly and successfully.

I purchased a Legacy PA account under specific payout rules. After a minor trading violation, Apex applied a "Payout Eligibility Violation Limitation" that restricts my withdrawals to profits earned only after the violation date — a rule that did not exist when I bought my account. I have met every single eligibility requirement: 13 trading days completed, 5 profitable days with $50+, consistency rule satisfied, minimum balance reached. Yet I cannot withdraw because Apex changed the rules retroactively on existing accounts. I have 1 approved payout on record and $2,602 in total profit. I am being asked to earn a full $1,500 payout post-violation before the limitation is lifted — a condition that was never part of my original agreement. Changing payout rules on accounts that were already purchased is not acceptable. I am continuing to trade to meet their new requirement, but traders should be aware that the rules you sign up under may not be the rules you get paid under.

What I like about APEX, I like the possibility of scaling to 20 accounts, who doesn’t? Overall, since switch to EOD drawdown I am having a better experience. The only 2 things I would add. Ability to manually lock accounts and trailing stop losses. Overall the prop firm space is heating up but apex is currently my main. I have knot received 1 payout n my prop trading life and it came from apex so I’m a little bias.
