Avoid this firm if you value your time or capital. I have spent thousands of dollars here (21 evaluations and 4 PAs). The moment you actually succeed and pass an evaluation, they 'glitch' your ID verification and block your account. Their support team is a ghost town. I have submitted legal proof of identity and selfies, and they respond by silently closing my tickets without a word of explanation. They are happy to take your money for evaluations, but they make it impossible to actually move to a funded state or request a payout by hiding behind 'ID verification' errors. This is a clear breach of contract. I am now in the process of a full legal chargeback for every dime spent with this company. If you are a serious trader, find a firm that actually has a functioning support desk and respects its high-volume clients.
