After a brief disagreement, support helped in the way in which I asked. I appreciate the disagreement, as I was asking them to override an account lock that I implemented. I understand their refusal to do so at first, as it was to protect me. However, my circumstances for needing the unlock was so that I could lose money and meet the consistency rule, not so that I could chase further profits. Support researched it and made a proper decision. Great job on their part 👍

Had a session with Coach Tank and he spent the time to find out more about me and my trading journey to create a bespoke program to improve my psychology and trading as a whole. While it is the first time I've had personalized coaching, I can see the benefit of having this on your back as a trader especially during these market conditions where volatility can just send you into a spiral. I look forward to our future sessions and to continue to grow as a trader and trade my live account with Tradeify.
