My review is based strictly off Akash and his kindness to help me in my situation. I unfortunately ran into an issue with my accounts that could have cost me dearly. Akash was there the entire way and listened with concern and understanding. He assured me over and over the issue would be handled and it was, above and beyond my expectations personally. very goo problem fixing i had issue with my platform , and i reached out to support , coz i wanted to change platform from Tradovate to something else support didnt reply to me 24h what is long time , when support reached back , my problem was already unreversible ,coz i already started to trade on Tradovate but since this took a whhile to get back to me , my agent gave me 2 reset credits for a long waiting time ,what is nice so if i want i can change platforms for free
