I have read a lot of good reviews of this company and was trying to sign up. However, the advertised promo code that is supposed to give 30% off doesn´t work despite several attempts copying the code from their own website, capital letters etc. This makes me very suspicious...anybody know if this is a serious company?

I’m furious with you, Tradeify. As a Malaysian, these sudden restrictions are nothing but unfair and insulting. I’ve been with you since the days when payout took 10 days, even before Tradeify TV existed, and this is how you treat loyal customers? Shameful. Why punish an entire region when we did nothing wrong? If someone makes a mistake, ban them—don’t throw everyone under the bus. Do you even care about the people who supported you all this time? Or are loyal customers just disposable to you? And the worst part—you didn’t even give us proper notice. Just a sudden, short announcement and expect us to accept it? That’s not professionalism, that’s pure disrespect. To anyone thinking about joining Tradeify: be ready, because they can revoke your access anytime without proper explanation. And to Tradeify: let’s see how long you last after betraying the very people who trusted you. You mocked other companies, but in the end, you’ve made the biggest and most unjustifiable mistake yourselves.

I was initially impressed with Tradeify’s platform, rules, and funding structure, but my overall experience took a disappointing turn when they suddenly decided to ban traders from Malaysia without proper explanation or prior notice. What makes this even more frustrating is that the decision was implemented abruptly, with no cooling-off period or grace window for existing users to complete their ongoing accounts. Many Malaysian traders, myself included, had already invested significant time, effort, and in some cases money, into evaluations and performance accounts. To have the country completely restricted overnight, without the chance to at least finish what we started, feels unfair and unprofessional. A serious and reputable prop firm should value transparency and communication. If Tradeify had concerns about compliance or regulations, they could have: 1)Announced the change earlier. 2)Given active users a transition period to complete their accounts. 3)Explained the reason for the restriction clearly. Instead, the sudden ban leaves Malaysian traders with the impression that their commitment and trust in the company do not matter. While I understand that prop firms may have to adjust policies for legal or operational reasons, the way this was handled has damaged confidence in Tradeify’s reliability and respect for its clients. If you’re considering joining Tradeify, keep in mind that your access could be revoked at any time without clear justification. For traders, stability and trust are essential — and right now, Tradeify has fallen short in delivering both.

the decision of banning the whole country is dissapointing, if someone do fraud, ban him, not ban the whole country be professional If the issue is fraudulent credit card use, there are better solutions: • Enforce two-step verification. • Require remote ID verification for payments. • Block only suspicious accounts or repeat offenders. But banning a whole community and country is not a reasonable solution. It damages your reputation, it alienates loyal customers, and it feels like there are ulterior motives behind the decision. We urge you to reconsider this blanket ban and instead implement stricter security measures that actually address the problem, without unfairly targeting thousands of legitimate traders.
