I never had an trading account with Tradeify before. I wanted to join the Grand cup trading competition starting from Nov2nd . I paid $35 through credit card on their website , but never got any response from Tradeify about payment confirmation or log in credentials. Contacted through Discard and customer service email and no response for a week. Had to dispute the transaction with credit card issuer.

Be careful with Tradiefy guys. They banned my account for no reason. I have two 150k Lighting funded Accounts one of them is almost ready for a pay out 1900$ to go. and they decided to banned me!! They removed me from Diacord just because I am asking information there. Red Flag there.

Subpar challenge purchase experience. Have used other prop firms but this was the worst 30 mins plus experience just to purchase a challenge. Initially I was unable to apply the promo code. The support staff was super helpful and helped with the promo code issue. Once that was fixed, I received another error saying 'Not a valid string' when making the payment. The IT team needs to do a better job making the purchase experience smooth and error free, even on the login page you will see duplicate notifications appear and disappear.

Edit: As of September 29, 2025, 6:00 PM ET, no response was received from Tradeify Support (support@tradeify). This was the stated deadline. I am also noting that when customers reach out to this email address, they are automatically sent this reply: “ If you have a support question or need assistance, we're unable to handle support requests through this email channel.” The automated email also states: “ If you're a member of the media, we've received your inquiry and one of our media relations specialists will get back to you within 24-48 hours.” Clearly this email address is being monitored and I am being ignored via email as well. ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ THIS IS THE EMAIL LISTED IN YOUR CURRENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS…. PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH A PROPER EMAIL! ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ —- Dear Tradeify Executive Leadership — Vinan Mistry, Brett Simberkoff, Mehul Patel, or any other member associated with Tradeify or any affiliated DBA/LLC/Inc. within the United States, This letter serves as a formal request for executive-level review regarding Ticket #37740072 and Tradeify’s handling of my account, refunds, and support interactions. I have received refund confirmations for 48 transactions, representing the majority of my spend with Tradeify since early September. At the same time, my Discord access was revoked and all trading accounts were permanently deleted — actions I neither requested nor consented to. I was not unprofessional in the server when inquiring about my account’s sudden disappearance, yet I was left without any way to contact support. At present, this email is my only channel of communication. To ensure proper notice, I will also be forwarding this letter by mail to all known business addresses associated with Tradeify. While I acknowledge the refunds and resets, this outcome does not constitute a satisfactory resolution. My initial objective was to address a platform malfunction that disrupted live trading and recover minimal reset credits. Instead, my inquiries escalated into a prolonged dispute that culminated in the termination of my accounts and exclusion from the Tradeify community — conduct that reasonably appears retaliatory. From my first ticket onward, your “Head of Support,” identifying himself as “Dario,” repeatedly denied my escalation requests and appeared intent on finding reasons to deny relief, despite my submission of timestamped documentation and screen recordings. He went as far as alleging that I was “threatening” him — a statement that is provably false. The resulting record demonstrates systemic mishandling of my case and raises serious questions regarding internal controls and oversight. Accordingly, I formally request: A comprehensive audit of all transactions and account activity since the inception of my Tradeify account. A full review of every ticket and message I submitted to support, including whether the handling of each was consistent with your stated policies and industry norms. A formal investigation into the conduct of the individual identifying as “Head of Support” and any other staff involved in the decision to revoke access and terminate accounts. These steps are necessary to ensure accountability and to prevent similar treatment of other customers. I have preserved complete documentation of this matter, including all communications, transaction logs, and platform evidence, and I am prepared to present it in any forum where a review is appropriate. I am not seeking to rebuild a relationship with Tradeify. My accounts were permanently closed without any executive review — a decision made solely by “Dario” after denying escalation and blocking reasonable remedies. Decisions that impact a customer’s financial position and trading operations warrant heightened scrutiny and formal accountability, which I will continue to pursue until this matter has been fully reviewed at the appropriate level. The conduct surrounding my account raises serious questions about Tradeify’s integrity and its fitness to operate as a prop firm. If leadership fails to address this, I will take every appropriate step to ensure this pattern of behavior is reviewed by all relevant third parties — including payment processors, platform partners, and any industry or consumer protection bodies with jurisdiction. The broader trading community deserves transparency about how such cases are handled. I expect a written response acknowledging receipt of this letter no later than Monday at 4:00 PM ET from an employee within your organization. Respectfully, Nicholas H.

Wow, I contacted support because in their trader agreement it states that anything put in ther must be seen and followed by the trader. And I have screenshots of it saying the Dynamic loss limit is oneof the rules of the Lightning funded accounts and led me to believe it was active on my accoutnt. I had an emergency and had to leave and the dynamic loss limit did not stop ky active trade even though it vrossed rhe treshold of 6k and I had 9k in drawdown so I shohld have been left with 3k in drawdown after this teade. I contacted support and he called me a child, and said here's 50% off wven though they run 30% off all the time. And he agreed the language was misleading and he still did not compensate me for anything. Just basically said yeah thats what we do we mislead traders. Now heres 50% off you child.(After reply) I mean if you take your documentation clarity so serious, and only give me 10% off for showing yall 4 flaws in litteraky an hour in your documentation( including errors with contract sizing, just shows how much yall really care about it, and your goal was to just mislead traders into thinking they have a safety but it actually doesn't exist. Whatever, I hope people just see this review and ask support questions about every article in that Trader Agreement, because Tradifey will say yes it's wrong but you should've known anyways. And then call you a child, then say no we weren't calling you a child, that's just how it came out.
