I thought Tradeify was different but they proved they are as predatory as the rest. Removing profits is diabolical behaviour. Personally I was not affected by the outage. I was able to close trades in profit however my hard work of getting out of drawdown was removed. I would most certainly delete this review if they didn’t remove profits. But until then they are not fully for the trader. Thank you for the response but I have already submitted a ticket and you will not reinstate my profits

Horrible experience, won’t recommend anyone to use this prop firm. Their platform had an outage which led to me unable to modify my trade and take a loss. I reached out to the customer service team and got 0 help. I had the same issue with my other accounts with top step and top one , both got rectified but these guys didn’t even bother. Avoid this firm and trade with better ones.

I was unreasonably locked out of my account, and the project also blocked my account and my discord. I emailed Dan but received silence and no response. For a financial company to withhold commissions from customers and partners is really bad. I want to say that please be transparent and pay commissions to customers and partners properly.

Website is down and the trading platform is not working there is no way to contact their support team. Might just be a scam and they disappeared with all money
