Ok so it’s been more then a week and Tradeify support went ghost on me and I got “banned” for 7 days in their discord.They didn’t reach out to me even though they asked for my email after my review on TrustPilot but unfortunately no response from them so I went on X/Twitter to see if I can get some help and the CO-FOUNDER GandalfTrades on X replied to me and basically ignored everything I said and then one guy who is respected in the space saw my replies and the whole situation and even he tagged the CO-FOUNDER (GandalfTrades) but he ignored his comment.If you think FundingTicks acted way more professional then Tradeify and didn’t rug their traders and went against their own policies so total SCAM. This is what the influencer (@BeefDayPepe) said:So basically 2.1k profits. @GandalfTrader I believe if a trader cannot be moved live due to residency or citizenship issues, the right thing to do is to pay him off the profits? Even fundingticks did this to traders from Pakistan who cannot be moved live, before they ceased operations recently of course

The trading experience has been extremely poor. I am facing severe data lag and freezing, even on the desktop app. Today, I executed a trade at market price. Despite the market showing a clear profit, the system failed to update and incorrectly recorded a loss. The discrepancy between the live data and my account balance is unacceptable.

Tradeify has some of the biggest bugs in the platforms they utilized as well as some of the most unhelpful support staff to exist. I have reported numerous issues where my accounts are getting into positions after hitting profit targets and I hit “cancel all orders” or other times where my accounts get split off from the main group copier and they too enter into positions that I didn’t paste. When confronting their support team, they did not include any evidence but merely “stated” time periods of activity with no logs to back it up. I have now lost $2000 worth of accounts due to their awful platform usages and would not recommend anyone sign up to trade here unless you are prepared to deal with the same customer service and “surprise” positions.

I Have just opened Instant Funded Account Almost 700$ and after puting first trade my account closed without reason and I can not use with MT4 or MT5 platform and I can not put a lot size of 0.10 which is not fair and they allow you to put trade only with 1 lot or more lots but not less and they used worst trading platform NinjaTrader which is so difficult and never used before so please return my money back as soon as possible it is totally scams and not fair Hopefully inget my money back as soon as possible Thanks.

this review is for support and the platform. the support staff is one of the most non helpful ive ever seen. response times are incredibly slow and most of the time they dont even answer or fix the problem. as for the platform... there are times where the stop loss doesnt even engage. this is a real problem. although i have also had it where the platform is so bad it doesnt close the account when i hit the drawdown and i end up clearing my buffer by letting the trade go all night even though i already lost more than my drawdown. I also haave an issue where they closed my account because they said my card ending in 6xxx was not charged for the purchase. I clearly showed them a screenshot from my bank AND and screenshot from their website showing that account was purchased with card ending in 2xxx, yet they cannot comprehend this. This has to be a joke. Or a down right scam they are trying to pull. Not sure why I have to show support how to read numbers. I am now waiting (for the next 3 days I’m assuming) to get a response on this issue.
