RISK DIRECTOR ADMITS "FUNDED TRADER AGREEMENT" IS NOT A CONTRACT
RISK DIRECTOR ADMITS "FUNDED TRADER AGREEMENT" IS NOT A CONTRACT All worked well, until I after some payouts was mandatory transitioned to Elite Live Funded. Sounds fancy, but even if they would have honoured their own Funded Trader Agreement, it's a massive downgrade. The Official Funded Trader Agreement on their website explicitly states that profits are carried over to the new account (Paragraph 2, Section: Starting Balance). When I quoted their own Funded Trader Agreement to them to claim my $7,000 profit already made, their Risk and Compliance Director replied in writing: "To clarify, this is not a contract." He then refused to honour the written agreement, instead citing a Help Center article as the governing authority. He effectively admitted that: 1. The Funded Trader Agreement you sign is not viewed by Tradeify as a binding contract. 2. A generic help page holds more legal weight than the Master Agreement. 3. They will confiscate your profits ($7,000 in my case) based on these non-contractual rules. If you are profitable, they will ignore the Agreement to take your money. I have the full email transcripts proving the Director does not believe their own agreement is binding. Stay away. UPDATE Feb 14 It seems reassuring when they comment on bad reviews, seemingly concerned and wanting to make things right. That is just for show. They have NOT contracted me.
