Had issues with KYC VERIFICATION that took over a week to fix. Tradeify did post that they were hiring more support people so I know they are trying. Hopefully things get better because I really love trading their program.

Used to be really good. But now like everyone else. they are relying heavily on AI bots for support, so when you have a problem it can't resolve, you are just stuck. My KYC was rejected. No indication as to why. Prior KYCs and payouts were approved. Nothing's changed with me in 20 years. And now I can't submit my payout request. Waiting for 24hrs so far with a ticket and no response. Edit: Received a reply from the vendor stating, "Please respond to the information request we sent you with your account email so we can look into this further." Sounds great. But of course there was no email. And all of the information has already been placed in the ticket and in the Discord, multiple times.

After creating an account with funds, I requested a withdrawal, completed the KYC process, and signed the Payment Acceptance Agreement (PAA) with Rise to receive the funds. Tradeify confirmed the payment was sent, but it remained unavailable in my Rise account, even after three business days. I filed a complaint with Tradeify and had not yet received a response. On the fourth day, the Tradeify support team contacted me, resolved the issue, and sent the payment.

Good platform, clear rules, fast payments, but overall poor support. It takes days to have a response from the support team, probably as a symptom of their very own success.
