(transition from sim to live) Everything was going smoothly ever since i started trading with Tradeify until today, when I was waiting for the day to end to request my 5th payout with this firm across 5 Select daily path accounts. I got the email for being moved to Live. I proceeded to fill the necessary form and 15mins later I got my application denied without any reason provided. When I asked further question, I got told that this was a definite ban from trading with Tradeify in sim and live. Last week was very good for me I was almost able to get 4 payouts for the week alone, but due to a microscalping rule I had to execute another trade today to be eligible to request the 4th payout which would have been 1k from each account. I just find the timing and the fact that I received zero explanation as to why my application got denied but instantly got a definite ban from the firm very suspicious. I still gave 2 stars because from the month or so of using Tradeify, they do process payouts quickly and their staff was always helpful to me.

Pros:- They have clearly defined Rules which are in favor of Traders who really want to Succeed like End of Day Trailing Drawdown. Cons:- Their customer support is really not what i expected. They take hours to sometime Days to resolve the issues. I requested Payout and got approved after 48 hours ie 2 Days and That wasted 2 trading days without my fault. so this is what i do not like. Apart from this overall Good firm to trade with if you are in this game for long term.

I ordered a payout and got it approved over 24 hours ago and I haven’t even received an invitation for rise yet. It just says approved on tradeify but nothing else has happened in over 24 hours. EDIT: It has now been close to 48 hours and not even an email confirming funds have been sent has been communicated….. I hope this is not another case of Topstep or MFF

Great platform, but slow customer service. My KYC won't go through (works fine on other platforms) but it's been days and no movement. So now I'm not able to take payouts on multiple accounts. Easy to go from 5 stars to 2 stars all because the service for KYC checks is buggy.

Ive had a great experience with Tradeify in the past & have written raving reviews. Today they do not get my 4 & 5 star review...why? I had problems with Tradovate desktop app, on 2/10 I opened a support ticket (75429441). I have 3 min of video showing I could not get out of the position.Which I provided a portion in the ticket & stated I would send entire video via email. I tried going to Tradovate web couldn't get out of the position. It was not my internet or computer. Everything else was working fine. They have NOT replied to my concern. It happened again today! Yes I have video. Tradeify discord AI says they solve tickets on a first in first out basis. They also say they are investigating today's (2/12) outage however, when I have buying challenge concerns i get a reply in minutes. Tradovate is down it takes days....I need help and unfortunately is this the only way I get a human's attention? I am beyond frustrated! I promise I will update on how it was resolved
