their service is dogshit. they dont help you at all. service is also very slow, takes one week for them to respond and don’t even fix your issue at all, they avoid fixing it. i get that tradingview is a third party platform but its also not my fault my trade didnt close at all.

trash service no one handle the ticket，if u have any problem u need to wait 3-5day to get suport team pick up the ticket i RQ in discord but mod ban me for no reason this is really real , can look other review same me no one deal the ticket it is so slow !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a trade yesterday going on and the broker they use Tradovate didn't work and I couldn't close the transaction. I try to contact the customer support but they reply to me after few hours that is working and I text him back and he didn't reply anymore. obviously he was lying cause I try to log in in both tradovate and tradingview. I can say that they do this in purpose so they can fail people Sim accounts. Please Avoid with all cost this scam platform as there are better one out there.
