Customer service clearly is a problem. Company is too focused on expanding its offerings rather than fixing current issues. I've been waiting for 16 days and zero response from customer support. I've spent good money with this prop firm and will NEVER use them again as I can't seem to get any help. Brett should be embarrassed.

Tradeify has recently went downhill in the past 2 weeks. Laggy trades multiple days in a week, bugged and haulted trading platforms that’s causing losing trades and more. They are not answering support tickets at all. Been waiting for a technical team response since Thursday last week. It is now the next following Wednesday. I have waited the 48 hours that discord support told me to wait. They pushed forward my ticket and expedited it. It’s been over 24 hours and still no response. Team went on a little trip which is understandable but you have over 50K traders on your platform. And you take 80% of the team on a getaway and leave traders with questions and little to nothing. Even though they released an announcement stating only 33% of support members were gone there is no sight of the other 67% of support members. I also just asked what is going on with my ticket no response from discord support anymore either. They won’t accommodate for my account going into billing cycle after what they promised and shared they would fix from an issue on Thursday. I was told not to trade on the account anymore until the problem was resolved and fixed on my account. Tradeify do better ASAP.

So this is my opinion. Seems that “outages” on the platform occur to people close to payout from what I have observed. You get close to payout and ghost orders start and it enters you on trades that can’t be exited until the daily loss limit hits. Odd that this doesn’t happen to people on evaluations but people close to payout. This “prop firm industry” is UNREGULATED fake sim. They have control of the platform, spread and slippage. Other issue I see is that accounts get blown exactly close to the tick and price then goes in your favor almost immediately after blown account. Why is it that you hear so many people close to payout and then account gets destroyed? These ghost orders never occurred when I had the funded accounts at low profit levels. Seems lots of people have the issue and the prop firm says “no widespread outage was reported”. Use these firms at your own risk. I would stay away.

I have been trading with Tradeify for several weeks now, and I genuinely wanted this to work. I followed the rules, passed my evaluation, got funded, and started building my account carefully and responsibly. Then the problems started. The first time, during a known platform outage on February 17th, my trade was closed at a loss significantly larger than my set risk. I had a $119 risk on the position, but the platform closed it at $164 due to lag. I opened a support ticket and waited. To their credit, the agent Louis eventually acknowledged the outage, reversed the loss, and even offered a courtesy reset credit. I was grateful, and I left a positive review on Trustpilot as a thank you. Then the exact same thing happened again. I was approximately $900 in profit on my funded account. The platform started lagging during the New York session. Trades were not executing properly, the close button was unresponsive, and I watched my session fall apart due to what appears to be the same technical issue that was supposedly resolved after my first ticket (Support Ticket #76373783). The same bug. The same symptoms. The same result. Here is what truly concerns me. This is now the second time a known platform issue has interfered with my account at a point where I was approaching payout eligibility. I am not saying this is intentional, but when the same malfunction keeps occurring at the worst possible moment, it becomes very difficult not to ask the question. What has been even more painful than the bug itself is the silence that followed. I have been writing to support for over three days. I have sent multiple messages. I have asked politely. I have waited patiently. Nothing. Not a single response. When I had my first issue, I received help, but only after agreeing to leave a positive review. Now that the positive review is already posted, it feels like the urgency to help me has completely disappeared. All I am asking for is what was done the last time: restore my profit to where it was before the platform malfunction, and provide a fair compensation for the repeated disruption and the days I have lost waiting. I do not think that is unreasonable for a funded trader who has followed every rule and whose only fault was trusting the platform to function properly. I want to keep trading with Tradeify. I genuinely do. But I cannot recommend a firm where platform stability is inconsistent, support goes silent for days, and funded traders are left without answers while their accounts are on the line. If this is resolved fairly, I will gladly update this review. Until then, I feel it is my responsibility to share my honest experience so that other traders can make an informed decision.
