I bought 5 instant accounts during the New Year holiday period and had been trading them continuously ever since. Yesterday morning, I submitted my third payout request: $2,000 from each of the 5 accounts. This was not my first payout attempt, so I did not expect any issue. However, the requests were suddenly denied without any prior warning. What I received were only two cold, automated emails. One said the payout was denied, and another mentioned reasons such as chargebacks or credit card fraud. I want to state this clearly: to the best of my knowledge, there is no issue with my card, and I have never made any malicious chargeback or improper refund request. That is exactly why this situation feels so confusing and unacceptable to me. What I still do not understand is why the platform handled it this way, without giving any real explanation, any evidence, or any practical channel to resolve the dispute. From my experience, customer service is extremely difficult to reach, and disputes do not seem to receive meaningful replies. So my biggest question is this: how does a platform that handles customer disputes like this still maintain a 4.6 rating? This review reflects my real experience. I hope the company can provide a clear explanation and deal with payout disputes in a more transparent and professional way.

Yesterday morning, I submitted my 4th payout request with Tradeify. Since my previous payouts had gone through before, I initially assumed the delay was temporary. After all, they had just announced they were going to “disrupt the entire industry,” so I thought they were probably busy with that. Then before bed, I received two shocking emails. One informed me that my payout had been denied. Another stated that payouts are only denied when there is evidence of chargebacks or credit card fraud. Let me be absolutely clear: my account has had no chargebacks, no refunds, and no credit card fraud of any kind. Yet this was the explanation attached to my denied payout. To make matters worse, I was suddenly unable to log into my Tradeify dashboard at all. So yes, they did “disrupt” something — but not the industry in the way they claimed. What they disrupted was the basic standard of fairness and transparency that traders should expect. Denying a payout is one thing. Suggesting fraud without basis, while also making the account inaccessible, is on another level entirely. This has been my real experience with Tradeify. I hope Tradeify will provide a clear explanation and restore access so this matter can be resolved fairly. @@@@@@@@@@ Thank you for your reply. I understand that account-specific details may not be discussed publicly. However, my concern is very straightforward: my payout was denied, I received language implying chargebacks or credit card fraud, and at the same time I lost access to my dashboard. I want to state again, clearly and responsibly, that there were no chargebacks, no refunds, and no credit card fraud associated with my account. I have already provided my account email and I am willing to cooperate fully. What I am asking for is a clear explanation and a fair review of what happened. At this point, I hope Tradeify can resolve the matter transparently, restore access if appropriate, and clarify the exact reason for the payout denial.

They just want to scam you out of your money. I was hit with drawdown because they daid gold had a 100$ liquidity move between 8:59 and 9:01. Keep in mind I was 2,500$ in profit. So what’s the best way to avoid a payout? “Liquidity spike”

I had an account that was funded. I bought another account. I logged in an my funded account was gone. I messaged support and they told me there was nothing they could do. I told them to tell me what happened and they refused to say anything except "we are sorry there is nothing we can do". This place is a straight scam.

I recently received an email from Tradeify informing me that I would be transitioned to a live account. After completing and submitting all the required documents, I received a response within just one minute stating that my application had been denied. As a result, I am no longer able to trade with Tradeify, and no compensation was provided. What makes this situation frustrating is that I had already demonstrated consistent profitability. I achieved 7 consecutive payouts on one funded account and 1 payout on my second funded account under the Select Daily Plan (with a $1,000 max payout). Despite this, I was denied the transition to live trading and no compensation was provided. Additionally, my remaining profits were forfeited, and instead of a resolution, I was informed about a future system that may allow denied traders to reapply. However, this system does not guarantee acceptance, which offers little reassurance for traders who have already proven their performance. In my opinion, if a trader is no longer allowed to continue trading and there is no assurance of future participation, it would be fair to at least provide the final remaining profits. The current process feels misleading—especially for traders who are performing well and following the rules. I would also advise traders to be cautious, particularly those on the Select Daily Plan. Even if you are profitable and eligible for payouts, you may be transitioned to a live account and then denied shortly after—especially if there are regional restrictions—resulting in forfeited profits with no final payout. Overall, I hope Tradeify considers improving transparency and fairness in handling cases like this.
