My Funded Futures

Awful firm, the worst i've tried and i've tried plently, Okay so first of all they were forcefully shutting every trade i took every single one, no matter the size no matter the RR, Not only that but i paid for fees for it every single entry, By the time i got an actual trade in i lost about 600 in fees, I contacted them and they said It's not their fault for any glitches or error and they don't know how to fix it, I mean its your system it sure is your fault... Anyway it worked for 1 trade made back my money and more on my evals and then it happened again and again and again until i pretty much had 0 valuable drawdown from the fees, I asked if i can get some free resets or anything to fix this and they said nope! Second thing, you can only trade 2 pairs of futures groups, Not rly a problem if you trade ES,NQ and one other pair but in general Awful, Have to change between oil and dow jones etc all the time. Never again Recommend you stay away way cheaper and better options who will actually sort your issue out and realise they messed up. Not only that the positive reviews are inflated because 99% of them is support saying something nice and asking for a review, Most reviews dont even have a payout, Now I cant even comment if they payout and how BECAUSE THEY WOULDNT LET ME GET THERE

Extremely disappointing experience. My funded accounts were closed due to “inactivity, (only 7 days without trading including weekend) despite the fact that I monitor the markets daily and keep my accounts open on Tradovate. I trade using an order flow (DOM) strategy, which requires specific conditions — and right now, the market simply does not offer consistent, high-quality setups. Not trading in poor conditions is called discipline, not inactivity. This policy unfairly penalizes serious traders who respect risk management, while indirectly encouraging overtrading and reckless behavior just to stay “active.” Losing all my accounts for this reason is frustrating and unacceptable. It seriously questions the fairness and professionalism of this firm. I would not recommend this experience to any disciplined trader.

My account was closed for an alleged rule violation, yet support could not provide a clear explanation that matched the actual numbers shown on my account. I repeatedly asked them to show the proof and break down the math. Instead, they responded with vague, repetitive answers and ignored obvious inconsistencies in their own reporting. At no point did they properly reconcile the conflicting numbers or acknowledge the possibility that their system may have malfunctioned. They simply blamed the trader and called it final. That is not real support. That is not transparency. And that is not how a legitimate company should handle paid customers. I paid for a service, they took it away, and they failed to properly prove the reason. Based on my experience, I would not trust this firm.

Very long wait time to get connected to a live agent almost 1 hour and after you get connected you'll waste another hour as they going to say hello and disappear as they probably communicate with dozens of different customers and this is unacceptable. if you are communicating with one customer and they have only one small request, please concentrate on that customer and stop wasting our precious times as you getting paid. We are not! again, This is unacceptable, if you don't want to spend money have more live agents via chat then maybe you should reconsider selling that many accounts because sounds you can not handle it; it is not fair for consumer pay full price and when you have one small issue, you have to waste over two hours, unacceptable. I would not recommend anybody in my funded futures zero customer service.! The message agent sent kindly allow me 5 to 10 minutes. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.
