I just passed the evaluation phase at MFFU, and I wanted to share something real about my experience. This wasn’t my first try. I had passed before on a different account, but I ended up blowing it. This time, I started over with a new email and spent about a month working my way back. I finally made it again. When it came to KYC, I ran into a problem. Since I had verified myself before on another account, the system threw an error when I submitted my documents this time. For a moment, I honestly thought all that effort might go to waste. I reached out to support, explained everything as it was, and hoped for the best. They got back to me quickly and fixed the issue the same day. It might sound like a small thing, but when you’ve put in that much time and effort, stuff like this really matters. Glad it got sorted without turning into a bigger problem.Especially Sony Timmy and Emmanuel thank you guys.
