I reached out with a few questions and Sony from the support team was very helpful and patient in explaining everything clearly. I had initially checked some things on ChatGPT and got incorrect answers, but after contacting support, Sony provided clear and accurate explanations. Their answers were very satisfactory and helped me understand everything properly.

I have not had a payout with MFFU yet, however, my trading skills has nothing to do with the company, that part is on me. Besides that, they have great customer service, really good choices of accounts for all levels. From everyone that i know that receive a payout from MFFU, they all mention the payouts are extremely quick, and no issues. Just follow the rules and you will be good to go. One recommendation to their management team would be to ease on the Metals restriction. The crazy volatility is gone now, and there is just a few firms that still have restrictions on Metals. Many firms have either never put a restriction on it, or already removed it.
