Excellent and very fast support from SONY today. Thank you! Just a heads-up for other traders: On the Rapid plan, only basic Level 1 data is included. The full Order Flow+ for NinjaTrader 8 costs $59/month extra. Coming from TakeProfitTrader, this was a bit disappointing for me as I rely on volumetric bars and cumulative delta. Support is top tier, but consider this if order flow is important for your strategy.

I had problem with not receiving live market data from my broker with their challenge.Big thanks to SHADD the agent who received me,who helped me through out the hurdle in such a record time(less than 2 hours for it to be fixed).My best regards to you.
