My experience with MyFundedFutures support has been very poor. My account was provisioned as DXFeed / Quantower, but I wanted to use NinjaTrader. The instructions and platform flow were confusing, the provided credentials were rejected where I was told to use them, and the support/chat system felt overly automated and ineffective. The most frustrating part was not just the platform issue itself, but the lack of a clear way to reach a real person who could solve the problem. If MyFundedFutures offers multiple platform options, they need to make it much clearer which platform is actually enabled for each account and provide real human support when setup issues happen.

After one year of being funded with them on three accounts. Because I couldn’t trade one day, which turned out to be the 7th day of my inactivity rule, they failed all my accounts, The day after I tried to explain to them I had a genuinely good reason but they weren’t interested and kept giving me the same scripted message. This firm does not want you to payout and will take any chance it can to make sure you can’t. Unlike other firms. Since I was funded over three firms, this also happened with them too, but both of these firms said it was fine and allowed me to keep trading. I recommend Tradeify and topstep before ever thinking about this firm. Save yourself the stress, especially when there’s better options

However, after checking official time & sales data, those prices never appeared in the market. At the same time, I was trading on other platforms, and prices were around 4490 with normal execution. MFFU claims this is due to low liquidity and order book mechanics, but they cannot provide any trade data showing those prices actually existed. This suggests the execution may not reflect real market trades. Just a warning to anyone trading non-front-month contracts.

This company is a complete scam—a waste of time and full of lies. They state on their platform that withdrawals are processed within 6 to 12 hours from Monday to Friday. I requested my withdrawal on Monday, and it has now been three days without receiving anything. I contacted them twice through their website chat, and they told me it would take 24 hours. Then they closed the ticket without the payment being sent—twice. I also reached out on Discord, where they keep saying they are working on it, but still no payment has been sent. One of their representatives told me the payment would arrive on April 1st, but that date has already passed and I still haven’t received anything. I do not recommend this funding company at all. They are wasting people’s time and playing with their money. I will be filing a report with the CFTC for deceptive practices and failure to process payments.
