you know after reading a few reviews I thought they would be a good choice but my experience has been the opposite like so many others on social media. buy a few evals get sim funded get some payouts should be routine huh? not with these guys you get a few payouts then BAM compliance call of course after that call you get blocked and denied the payout seems like its their new business moto. I don't see a long future for them if they keep it up.

Firm accused me of having multiple profiles with them and cut ties suddenly. Not only do I not have multiple profiles, but I live with my wife and I'm the only one who trades. Be careful - would recommend only using this firm as a last resort over the other reputable firms out there.

They can't admit they are wrong, so they refunded my money then banned me forever. I purchased a Core plan in Nov 2025 and kept blowing the evaluation. I'd wait until it automatically reset with the next month's payment and try again. The one I started in January, I was still working on when the month ended and the next payment was made. The email says if I have an active evaluation, then I get a free reset to be used within the next month if I wind up failing the evaluation. A couple weeks later, I fail the evaluation and go to use the free reset. But it's not on my account. I contact MFFU and they tell me the Core plan is no available anymore, so I will have to sign up for the Flex plan which is the exact same thing. And my free reset is void. Well then they should have put that in the payment email. So I give them 3 options - either give me a free Flex plan with the reset they owe me, refund my last month's payment and I will use that to purchase a new Flex plan, or I will contact my credit card company to dispute the charge which would be an easy win and even they knew that. Instead they decided to refund my last month's payment and ban me forever. Because they were in the wrong. Kind of shows you what type of people you're going to deal with if you try this company.

I am extremely disappointed with MyFundedFutures. A "ghost trade" (Market Order) was executed on my account at 18:16:49, nearly 3 hours AFTER I had closed my trading platform. As a scalper, I never hold trades for 28 minutes, yet this unauthorized MNQ execution stayed open and breached my account through no fault of my own. Despite providing clear evidence that this was a fresh Market Order (not a limit order left behind), support (Oliver) is giving me generic "escalation" templates instead of providing the IP logs and device audit trails I requested to prove the source of this execution. If the platform executes trades while the user is offline, it is a massive technical failure. I expect a full account restoration and a transparent investigation into the logs. Until then, be careful—your account isn't safe even when you're logged off.
