Trading Rules

News trading is permitted, including tier-1 releases; straddle and strangle news strategies are not permitted.

Positions are closed automatically at 4:10 PM ET. On holidays the trader must close them before the market closes — otherwise the account fails. Trading reopens at 6:00 PM ET.

Hedging on the same underlying is not permitted (e.g. NQ and MNQ); hedging unrelated markets is allowed.

Combining minis and micros above the limit fails the account (1 mini = 10 micros).

Copying trades between your own accounts is permitted; copying other traders and sharing devices is not.

Automated systems are permitted as long as they do not exploit favorable simulated fills; HFT is not permitted.

Inactivity: 7 calendar days without a trade can close the account (report time off to support).

Additional Rules

Consistency Rule: 50% — no day may produce more than 50% of evaluation profit. Exceeding it does not fail the account — keep trading.

Minimum Trading Days: 2.

Fees: one-time payment, no subscription and no activation fee.

Maximum Accounts: 10 active evaluations.

Open losses count toward Max Loss — equity dropping below the minimum fails the account.

After passing, the funded account can be activated right away from the dashboard.

Trading Rules

News: no trading around tier-1 releases (FOMC and FOMC Minutes, Employment Report, CPI; EIA for energy; agricultural reports) — no positions or orders from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after.

Maximum Accounts: 5 funded accounts if you only hold $25K/$50K; 3 in total if you hold any $100K/$150K account.

Resets: the price is not published.

You cannot trade funded and live accounts at the same time.

Live account: automatically after $10,000 net profit in a single day (anything above $10,000 that day is forfeited) or at the Risk Team's decision. The move cannot be declined. On live: 90/10 split, daily payouts, news allowed; up to $5,000 of funded profit goes into a reserve (Reserve Program).

Gold Still Heavily Restricted

Today, I bought a 25k flex account with fundednext as a gold scalper and while testing the platform I was having issues with trading more than 1 micro given 10 micros or 1 mini was listed in the rules for my account. I got in touch with support and a very respectful agent named Ike who informed me MFF have restricted trading certain pairs such as gold, silver, natural gas and copper. I appreciated Ike's fast, clear and concise replies while dealing with my issue. Overall however, I am quite disappointed with the restriction especially given gold is trading 15-20% lower than ATH's and will be warning my mates about this. I would be open to purchasing accounts in the future if these restrictions are lifted as I was highly recommended this firm by someone who traded without these restrictions a couple months ago. Unfortunately I'm not eligible for a refund since I managed to test two 1 micro trades. If you trade something other than these four restricted assets, I see no issues but it's not enjoyable trading a micro per 25k account as this is equivalent to 0.02 lots on a 5k or 0.4 lots on a 100k (cfd accounts). Most of you will know how long that makes passing evaluations and even creating a survivable source of income.
