Michael/MFF told me my account did not pass because the market needs more than 23 seconds to prepare to fulfill a limit order. I would rather just get a refund on the account or automatic pass the account. Placed a trade set my TP and SL less than 30 secs later price goes well pass my tp then retraces back pass my entry over the next 2 minutes. In disbelief I gather all screenshots, logs proof needed. Thinking this would be an easy conversation I ran into a NPC called Micahel respectfully of course. Take Profit Trader, TopStep, Alpha Futures are better at simple issues like this, then coming up with every excuse under the sun.

First off, every other user reviewing that has "1 review" is a fake review that MFF is planting. Extremely over priced, false advertisement on instruments tradable, and terrible support. I highly recommend you stay clear of this firm and use tradeify or lucid. These guys are about as bad as topstep.

My experience with this Trustpilot review is based on what I personally went through. They withheld $6,000 of my money, and on top of that, they burned all 5 of my 50K accounts without providing clear evidence or a valid explanation. I spent a lot of time, effort, and money following their rules and building these accounts. From my personal experience, it feels like profitable traders are not truly welcomed here. They talk about giving traders a live account, but what I experienced was completely different. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be very careful before working with this company. Please do your research and understand all the risks before investing your time and money here.

I guess this is a norm now with this prop firm according to other reviewers here. I use to like it a lot after been with them for a while. Got payouts normally in the beginning yet just recently i was banned after making money and getting a compliance call with a guy named hamza. The guy never shows his face but records the call. I explained how i trade perfectly and the next day got denied my payout supposedly becuase they said multiple profiles associated with mine which is conpletely false and when you ask for proof they dont sent you anything. A bunch of crap. Is like when you make money with them you are already a liability and they want to get rid of you as fast as possible so they invent any excuse they can come up with to kick you out of the platform. Be careful if you plan on using this prop firm. Read other reviews from other traders as well. I warned you.

I liked this company a lot. Spent a lot of money on them over the last 2 years. Once I had some larger success they dropped me saying I violated the terms of service by having more than one registered account. This is completely false, I've only ever had one account with them. I asked them to elaborate and explain and they won't respond to any of my inquiries. Funny how they took a bunch of my money without issue, but then when I make some money there's some made up breach of contract that they won't even present details to. They pay, but this is just dirty. Look at the reviews, I'm not the only one this happened to
