Had some annoying problems with the platform today and my trades got closed on a minus because of some glitches... I was pretty stressed out but I wrote a ticket and Nathan replied. He didn't give me any standard copy paste answers, just checked what happened and actually helped me out with a refund for that error. Really appreciate the human approach here. Thanks Nathan for sorting this out so fast!
