I have been getting support for the last few days from the MFFU support team and Shadd was truly great throughout 2 days he was the first and only one to answer my questions and concerns and gave great help he was on top of his work i will say i cant say the same for some support team members but truly above and beyond and little to no wait time between questions even if i answered a whole 16 hours later he still answered within 5 minutes. Great work Shadd.
