Update: I will say that MFF completely does not care about the customer. I have never gotten a response on the ban for multiple profiles. What they did do was kick me off of discord, blank out my chat with support, and never reply to my emails. I would be so much happier if they would just say look you did nothing wrong but your banned with us, but to do it and make some fake excuse up is a SCAM. I won an account last week on the Youtube stream. I never received it so i contacted support. Instead of being issued the free account I was banned by Hannah with the following reply by her: "Following a review conducted by our Risk team, we have identified activity on your profile that violates the Simulated Trader Agreement (the “Agreement”) and our trading rules.​ Our review confirmed the presence of multiple profiles within our system. Please note that all accounts must be registered and operated strictly under the account holder’s own legal name. Using or operating accounts under another person’s name constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service. The Appendix of the Agreement strictly prohibits any form of coordinated, mirrored, or shared trading activity between users (“No coordinated trading or mirrored strategies across accounts”). These requirements also align with our public Fair Play Policy, which prohibits coordinated or shared trading activity between traders.​ In accordance with the Agreement, MyFundedFutures may terminate access when rule violations occur (“The Company may immediately terminate this Agreement if it believes the Trader has breached the Agreement or violated the Rules” — Simulated Trader Agreement, Section 6.1). We appreciate the time you spent with MyFundedFutures and wish you the best in your future trading endeavors." I have never had any other profile with them. I asked for clarity and for specifics of which other "profile" they had for me which was not provided at all. So I got a reply back 2 days later which said the following: "Our Risk Team has carefully reviewed this and after further consideration, we regret to inform you that we are not able to provide our services to you at this time. This decision is final, and we will not be able to offer any further purchases to our platform. We understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. We sincerely thank you for your time with MyFundedFutures and wish you the very best in your future trading endeavors." To say a little about myself with the firm....I have been a live trader with them last October and have always been a loyal customer with almost no issues raised by my end. I find it very DISSAPOINTING that it feels as though My Funded Futures really doesn't care if they are right or not in this case. I am just another user for them what does it matter to them if they ban me. It just feels like a made up reason to ban me. I am not unprofitable with the firm I am net positive in the years I have traded with them. Does not seem right to me.

The only prop firm I’ve ever had issues with. I experienced serious errors, including sudden order closures and market orders disappearing, and according to them, nothing had happened. I will never purchase from them again. I’ve been a profitable trader for years with all the most well-known prop firms.

Great customer service - the reps Michael and Oliver were very courteous and patient while we tried to work through my card issues to fund my accounts. Really looking forward to working with this company - their funding parameters are so flexible and LOVING the daily payout options. This will be a game-changer for me once I get funded. Give them a shot, the service is readily available for any issues.
