I am extremely disappointed with MyFundedFutures. A "ghost trade" (Market Order) was executed on my account at 18:16:49, nearly 3 hours AFTER I had closed my trading platform. As a scalper, I never hold trades for 28 minutes, yet this unauthorized MNQ execution stayed open and breached my account through no fault of my own. Despite providing clear evidence that this was a fresh Market Order (not a limit order left behind), support (Oliver) is giving me generic "escalation" templates instead of providing the IP logs and device audit trails I requested to prove the source of this execution. If the platform executes trades while the user is offline, it is a massive technical failure. I expect a full account restoration and a transparent investigation into the logs. Until then, be careful—your account isn't safe even when you're logged off.
