I have a complaint. On Friday I made my normal withdrawal and today I received a notification saying that I violated a rule the day before. I don't understand how it's possible to notify me days later when you think everything is fine. That's not serious. Please give me back my account.

I actually liked the MFFU prop rules, but the last months have been a downward spiral. While they have raised prices, support response times have slowed significantly, dashboard bugs and false promos phrasing remain unfixed. MISLEADING PROMOS: Official emails regarding "free resets" are phrased in a way that easily misleads newbies or those who don't memorize every fine-print detail; the terms are vague on purpose. SUPPORT INCOMPETENCE: After waiting 4-5 hours for a response, representatives (not gonna specify) ignore all previous context provided in the chat and ask you to start over (they had all context, wasn't a new chat). It is incredibly inefficient. TECHNICAL GLITCHES: There are constant discrepancies between the platform and the dashboard. My dashboard showed a 48,000 minimum balance while the account was actually at 48,620 when it failed. It's not about the actual rules that may even be easy to remember, it's about what the dashboard says. One thing is not updating data from previous day, the other is updating misleading data like it was a brand new challenge. I have decided to completely delete my account since I gave them thousands over months and they didn't even care to understand my last words upon deletion. They are charging more for a product that is objectively getting worse and they do not intend to fix anything. A little update: read their privacy policy before opening an account with them, as when u completely delete your account they forget to inform you that you have to contact an EXTERNAL organization to request data deletion and hope they actually do it and mffu follows...
